Returns
We accept returns within 30 days. Please contact us when you wish to return or exchange an item. We will issue an RMA number and will provide instructions on how to proceed.
All items must be returned in same as received condition with all tags attached, etc. Damaged items or requests for another size, if we have the size, are exchanged at no cost. Returns for refund may be subject to a restocking fee (up to 10%). Shipping is not refundable and return shipping is your expense. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON HELMETS.
What to expect after ordering
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed, packed and professionally shipped. Next, we will send you an email with shipping details and tracking information when your order has been placed in the shipping container. Please note, tracking numbers take time to appear in the online records at UPS and USPS. If you visit too soon, you may receive a message indicating the tracking number is invalid. No need to contact us, just try again later.
Reseller Policy
As a Harley-Davidson® dealer, we are prohibited from selling items to an individual, business or organization who's intention is to re-sell the items purchased. Please respect this policy.
